President Bill Clinton signs autographs for Charity Fundraising.

Bill Clinton was the 42nd President of the United States, who served an 8 year term from 1993-2001. Bill became the third youngest president at age 46 and had the highest approval rating of any president since WWII. Bill left the nation with a surplus budget at the end of his term, and still acts as an influential US Diplomat doing humanitarian work around the world. Bill is probably best remembered however for his alleged scandal with a White House intern, which led to an impeachment that was eventually acquitted by the US Senate.
